Services Offered
Aqua Vita Breathwork offers one-on-one, group breathwork sessions, in-person workshops and retreats,and online courses. All services are for personal growth and well-being and are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. Lauren is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Teacher, and Freediver, and is not a licensed medical professional.
Client Responsibilities & Health
All clients must complete a detailed intake form prior to their first session. You agree to disclose all relevant health information, including any pre-existing medical conditions, physical injuries, or mental health diagnoses. You acknowledge that certain health conditions may be contraindications for breathwork. If you have any health concerns, you agree to consult with a medical professional before participating in a session. You agree to inform us of any changes to your health status before each session.
Payment & Pricing
Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices for all services are listed on the booking page and are subject to change at any time without notice. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our booking platform.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. However, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of a session. Sessions canceled with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of session cost. We will make every effort to accommodate a reschedule with adequate notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and session materials, is the property of Aqua Vita Breathwork and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in a session, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk. Aqua Vita Breathwork and its owner, Lauren, are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a session. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, or other health complications.
