Rooted in Water: The Aqua Vita Story
I've always loved the water. My scuba divemaster certification came shortly after high school, and I’ve always taken the healing effects of the ocean seriously. But my true journey into personal healing and the power of the brain began with my dad’s five-year battle with brain cancer.
Less than two months after he passed, I discovered freediving and started experiencing the feel-good effects of breathwork in a powerful way.
This started my path on researching the connection between our brain and our breath, and their powerful effects on our physical and emotional health.
This led me to formal training in conscious breathwork, meditation, neuroscience, and end-of-life care.
For 8 years, I've been practising this work. I’ve used my unique blueprint to consciously re-adjust challenges in my own life: through the natural home births of my two children, building businesses, moving cities multiple times, and navigating life in general.
At Aqua Vita Breathwork, my mission is to share this blueprint with others. We can consciously adjust the challenges in our lives and direct them to become impactful, transformational experiences for growth. My hope is to help you gain this insight with practical tools and experienecs, bringing magic into the mundane and seriously upgrading your life.
